This helps ensure all payments are received on time and processed fast. This allows for faster payouts to Owners.

Maintenance

 TBE Management provides 24-hour repair and maintenance coordination to tenants and owners. Owners can be completely hands-off, set repair thresholds, or choose to approve all repairs. We have relationships with a variety of vendors and suppliers to help get you the best price for repairs and materials. Both Tenants and Owners will have an online portal to submit requests, check the status, and stay up to date on current repairs.

Financials

TBE Management’s purpose-built accounting software allows for easy financial reporting for both tenants, owners, and vendors. We create 1099s so that Property owners can easily stay organized during tax season.

Evictions

Evicting a tenant can be a huge stressor for a landlord if the said tenant isn’t paying the rent or not vacating the property. We will do all the leg work to ensure each eviction is handled properly and in a timely manner.
